A. YOUTH ACTIVITIES

TTDI RA, under the Youth and Sports Subcommittee, has planned several activities for the young and active TTDI residents. This subcommittee is headed by Mr. Muhammad Marizwan b. Abdul Manan who is the current TTDI RA EXCO member. The subcommittee plans to:
...Organize a more coordinated and positive activities and program for TTDI resident youth.
...Further orientate TTDI resident youths in promoting a healthier life style
..Seek alternative positive activities for the youth in TTDI in collaboration with the TTDI RA agenda.

Last July 2004, this subcommittee held a joint venture activity with Apollo Medical Centre with a talk on ’Natural Health’ in conjunction with a free medial natural health screening. It was held at TTDI Community Hall and participation was encouraging.

The talk was conducted in order to educate the residents of TTDI on the usage of ‘Natural Medicine’ that uses a non-chemical product while giving the same impact as commercial medicine. This subcommittee took up this joint venture talk as a means of gaining and promoting itself while gaining experience in conducting an event.

The RA, through this subcommittee, hopes to organize more youth activities in the future. So, please do not hesitate to call Marizwan on 012-233 5659 for any support, participation details or suggestions for the TTDI Youth upcoming activities. This is a committed group and are ‘open’ 24 hours.
