Waitankung Group


Waitankung is a simple and well-designed form of exercise, which involves physical movements, deep breathing and massaging of various acupunctural points. The whole routine consists of seven (7) movements in warming up, another twelve (12) movements in Waitankung proper and concluding movements with massaging.

It is a simple exercise and easy to learn. It is suitable for the young as well as elderly, men and women. The exercise improves blood circulation, thus enhances one’s resistance to sickness. It relieves stress and helps to alleviate effect of various ailments like insomnia, sinus, high blood pressure, gastritis, rheumatism etc. The exercise is conducted by volunteers and dedicated trainers at more than 300 centres throughout Malaysia.

NEW RECYCLING SCHEME
FOR TTDI
Time: Every 3rd Sunday, 2 - 5 pm.
Place: Service Road between Mobil & Esso, Jln Burhanuddin Helmi

The TTDI RA has just finalised arrangements with Alam Flora to start a recycling programme in Taman Tun. This will be held every third Sunday of the month and interested residents with items for recycling can bring them to the service road between Mobil & Esso, off Jalan Burhanuddin Helmi. Alam Flora will pay for the items sent for recycling. For the full list of
